Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us at hello@civillain.co within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will review on a case-by-case basis.

Pre-Order Policy

As all items are pre-orders, cancellations are not accepted once an order is placed. Your order will be fulfilled within the stated 5–7 week window.
